Book It Program

October is the beginning of the Book-It program. Each month your child sets a reading goal and if they meet it they will receive a coupon for one free personal pizza from Pizza Hut. Keep Reading!

Student Teacher

We have a student teacher this marking period. Her name is Rosanne Bolsar and she lives in Montoursville and attends Bloomsburg University. We enjoy having her in our room.

Everyday Math

We are doing Everyday Math. This year we have a newer version that includes interactive white board lessons. We have completed unit 1 and our Gmade assessments and are now beginning unit 2.

Life Cycles

We have been studying life cycles of animals and plants. We have watched our caterpillar form a chrysalis and hatch into a butterfly. We have also been learning about frogs. This month we will learn about apples and pumpkins.
